He was very professional and never once appeared put off by my questions that I had. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about everything I asked of him. From the Tankless Water heater, the Insulation in the house and in the attic, the new A/C style of system that I was not familiar with. The Electrical Panels in the garage and outside of the house, it was an eye opener for sure. He also had an eye for the small things inside and outside of the house.
